We have an important update about one of our former Belgian resellers, AST / Symbiosis.

Following a thorough review of their way of working and service approach, we identified significant differences in values and quality standards between AST / Symbiosis and unTill. As a result, in September 2024 we decided to end our collaboration.

Effective 1 September 2025, AST / Symbiosis will no longer be an official unTill reseller and is no longer authorised to distribute our products.

If you are an existing AST / Symbiosis customer, you can easily transfer your license to another official Belgian unTill reseller. You can find our current reseller list here and choose the partner that best fits your needs.

We will try to reach out to all affected customers with detailed instructions and support to ensure a smooth and transparent transfer process.
