Support Engineer – Partners
Wemeldinge, the Netherlands · 32–40 hrs/week
unTill has been building POS software for hospitality and retail for over 25 years, live in 20+ countries. We're looking for a Support Engineer to back up the partners who bring unTill to their customers.
What you'll do
- Help partners with technical questions on our software, hardware and payment solutions
- Own tickets end-to-end and document them properly
- Grow into our go-to person for payments
- Work closely with colleagues internationally, including our Spanish office
- Help us sharpen how we do support
What you bring
- MBO 4 level, with a feel for IT and software
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Structured, accurate, good with documentation
- Customer-focused, clear communicator
- Payments experience is a plus
What we offer
- €2,790–€3,330 gross/month (based on 40 hrs)
- 32 or 40 hours, your choice
- Overtime paid out, holiday pay, pension scheme, travel allowance
- Flexible hours, option to work from home
- Small, informal team in a modern office in Wemeldinge
